Pricing depends on hay: pasture board starts at $250/mo if you supply your own hay or $350/mo if we provide hay. Private paddock is $350/mo BYO hay or $450/mo with hay provided. Stall board is $550/mo and includes hay, daily stall cleaning, and a personalized feeding schedule. Supplements and special feed can be administered by arrangement — cost depends on whether you supply the feed and how often it needs to be given. For the safety of all horses on the property, we require a current negative Coggins test and up-to-date vaccinations. We also use a boarding agreement to make expectations clear from day one. We’re happy to walk you through onboarding when you reach out.
Our arena is brand new and we have a professional trainer on-site. Training is separate from boarding fees and is available for horses that board here as well as outside horses. Reach out to ask about scheduling, availability, and what the trainer specializes in.
Absolutely. We welcome owners to visit regularly. We just ask that you let us know you’re coming, especially for early morning or evening visits, so we can make sure someone is around. Just text or call ahead — we’re easy to reach.
