Before Your Horse Arrives

Complete each item below before your horse's move-in date. If you have questions about any step, call or text Shaed at (479) 903-4996.

✓ Schedule a property visit -- Call or text Shaed at (479) 903-4996 to set up a time to see the facility in person.
✓ Choose your boarding tier -- Pasture (from $250/mo BYO hay or $350/mo with hay provided), Private Paddock (from $350/mo BYO hay or $450/mo with hay provided), or Stall ($550/mo, hay included). See details below.
✓ Sign the boarding agreement -- We will send it digitally for your signature. This covers responsibilities, liability, and care expectations.
✓ Pay your first month + security deposit -- Due before move-in. See payment details below.
✓ Provide current negative Coggins test -- Must be within 12 months. Your vet can provide this.
✓ Provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations -- Required for the safety of all horses on the property.
✓ Fill out the emergency contact and vet authorization form -- Complete the form below so we have everything we need on file.

What's Included in Each Tier

All tiers include daily wellness checks, fresh water, on-site family care, and arena access. Hay is flexible -- bring your own to save, or let us provide quality hay. Supplement feeding can be arranged depending on whether you supply the feed and how often it is needed.

Facility Rules -- Quick Reference

These rules help us keep every horse and person safe on the property.

👥 Visitors must check in with the Cates family before accessing the property.
👧 No unsupervised children on the property at any time.
🛠 Clean up after yourself -- keep common areas tidy.
🐴 Respect other horses and owners -- maintain safe distances and ask before interacting with horses that are not yours.
🐶 No aggressive dogs on the property.
🕐 Hours: 8:00 AM -- 7:00 PM daily. The family is on-site 24/7 for emergencies.
🚭 No smoking near the barn or stalls.

Billing

Payment Information

Monthly boarding is due on the 1st of each month.
There is a 10-day grace period after the 1st.
A $50 late fee applies after the grace period.
We accept cash, check, or digital payment (details provided after signing the boarding agreement).
First month's boarding + security deposit are due before move-in.

We are setting up automatic recurring payments -- ask Shaed for details.
